Can I use a PCI-E 2.0 video card with my PCI-E slot?

Both are x16 but I have the PCI-E aka PCI-E 1.0 I guess and the video card is 2.0.|||Yes.

internal bays = 5 Western digital 10,000 rpm Velociraptor 600gig sata 6.0 drives in raid config :)

and a 2 TB storage drive|||It may not run like in other computers (speed/performance), but it will work.
