How much is an okay video card for pcie x16 and what dose pcie 2.0 mean?

so i was wonder how much money do i have to pay in order to get an okay video card. is 59$ video okay?and also what is pcie 2.0 bus slot is it X16 or X8?(ex:•PCI Express 2.0 )|||A $60 graphics card is ok, but I wouldn't suggest it for any kind of gaming. PCIe 2.0 is an improvement basically of the first PCIe. a PCIe card will work with a PCIe 2.0 expansion slot. But I would suggest shelling out more money for a graphics card. $80 to $120 should get you a decent to fairly good one. You can go to a Staples and buy a graphics card from there. I bought an Nvidia Geforce 9400 GT with 1GB video ram for about $100 and it's served me well since.|||Radeon HD 4650. It's a low level card that will allow you to play most games. Around $50 at newegg.

If your computer was made after 2005, it most likely has a PCI Express x16 slot. The 2.0, as in PCI Express 2.0 x16, is a data transfer rate improvement that basically doubles the amount of data that can be passed through each lane of the PCI Express bus. It's too technical to explain here. If it says that your motherboard uses PCI Express 2.0, it's most likely referring to a PCI Express 2.0 x16 slot.|||Generally any pci-e graphics card will work if you have a pci-e slot, depends on what your gonna run on your computer general mmo games like voyage century(vc.igg.com)run fine on my NVIDIA gt 220 graphics card for 78 dollars
