What is the best video card to play games like Flight Simulator X?

I am building my new PC and I still, after 2 months, can't decide on a good video card.

I plan on playing alot of Flight Simulator X and Age of Empires.

I would prefer an ATI chipset but if there is a better Nvidia card...:

GDDR3 or GDDR5 memory, 256-bit memoy interface or better, 512MB, PCI Express 2.0 X16, and under or around $200.

Thanks!|||I recommend you take a look at Tom's Hardware: Best Graphics Cards For The Money: November '09 at http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best… The retest and reissue the list about every month. This month, in the $140-$200 range, they recommend one these three at $155: Radeon HD 4870 1GB, GeForce GTX 260 (Core 216) and Radeon HD 5770 or for $190, the Radeon HD 4890. (I don't recall ever seeing a GTX 260 for $155, but I guess they found one. I see $190 for those, too.) The table at http://www.tomshardware.com/charts/gamin… will give you some idea of the differences you could expect.
