What is the best video card for a PCI-E x16 Slot?

Is there one with ddr3 RAM? because i dont give a rats *** about ddr2. I dont really care about price. maybe $300 most. or the best that will work for my motherboard. no i dont have a PCI-E 2.0 and no im not that computer savvy, but i know my way around town. im running windows XP pro but i dont think that really matters much.

plain and simple question is. what is the best video card for my motherboard?|||Provided that you have a power supply that meets the cards power requirements, you can use any PCI Express x16 card or any PCI Express 2.0 x16 card, the 2.0 is backward compatible with a standard x16 slot.

There are graphics cards that have all the way up to (G)DDR5 on them, but without knowing what size power supply you have, or intend to get, it's hard to recommend a specific card.

This would be a good combination.
