What's a decent PCI Express x16 or x8 video card that doesn't need to be connected to the power supply?

Right now I have an NVIDIA 7300 LE, and it has so-so performance. I'd like a video card that can play Team Fortress 2 at fairly high settings, but I have a low-wattage power supply. If you have an idea of any decent video cards that don't need to connect to the power supply, and are below $50-$70, please post. Thanks :)|||I had one of those on a PC myself once .... it's about the weakest PCIe video card ever made.

I upgraded it with an 8500GT & the difference in performance was like night & day. Mind you, the 8500 is not really a "gamer's" card but without upgrading your PSU your options are limited.

This EVGA 9500GT uses 512MB of DDR3 ram & is available for $60 (no connection to PSU needed):

How many watts is your PSU .... 350W would do it for this card.

Philip T|||Well the 9400 GT is probably the highest you can go .

No 6 pin connector visible.|||A 4670 would probably be the fastest without a power connector.

It is roughly 1.5 times faster than a 9500 GT: http://www.anandtech.com/video/showdoc.a…
