I was recently given a Dell Optiplex 620 for free, which is a huge upgrade from what I had. I would like to put a nice video card in it, but I don't think a regular one will fit. This seems to be a mini desktop case, it's only about 3" tall. Are there video cards made for cases this small? I'm pretty sure there is a PCI Express x16 slot, so I'm assuming something must go there. Any help would be great. Thanx!|||Take a look at this link:

It's the manual for your computer, and it points out where the PCI-E card slot is. This is assuming you have the small form factor version of the computer, if not you can find manuals for the other types here:

Anyway, it looks like PCI-E is the way to go, so any graphics card using that interface will be fine.|||You aren't going to be able to fit a standard height video card into that computer. You'll have to use one of these low-profile cards: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Productcom…
They aren't going to win any speed awards, but they're still many times faster than the onboard video that it's got now.|||Yes, a regular PCI express card will fit. i WOULD GO WITH A GEFORCE 8800 GTX.. SWEEET
