Will a PCI Express x16 video card work on a computer that says "PCI Bus"?

I dont quite know, but that is what i see in my system information when i look at it....|||As long as it has a PCIe slot, it will work fine. The PCI Bus is just that. It is the transfer method for the PCI slots.
