Good, cheap PCI-E or PCI-Ex16 video card for 240W power supply?

I need to find a decent (okay, really, I'm not amazingly picky here), cheap PCI-e or PCI-e x16 video card for a computer I am considering purchasing. It has to be low profile. It doesn't need to blow my mind -- I'll only be using it for a year before I leave. I just want something that won't lag me back when I play some (older) games like Civ 4. The computer I'm considering putting it in is a Compaq dc7600 Dual-Core Pentium D 3.4GHz. So, like I said: nothing amazing required.

I just have concerns that the power supply is so bad. 240W isn't exactly begging for a high-end card, so I'm actually afraid that whatever I put in it will want more juice than what the PC can give it. Any help?

Thanks in advance!|||I just bought an ASUS 210 Silent with 1GB of DDR 3 RAM from Fry's for less that $20 after rebate. It doesn't take much power, is cool and quiet, and does a fantastic job. Check its current ad for something similar. I don't know how much power any other peripherals you have might be using, but I had similar challenges and yet found a card that was much better than expected. As DDR 5 cards are coming on the market, the DDR 3 cards are dropping in price rapidly. Cool and quiet are the buzzwords you need for low power consumption. Good luck!|||EVGA GeForce 8400 GS 512 MB DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 comes with DVI/HDMI/VGA Ports 600 MHz memory clock , its not top of the line but if your not looking for a high performance card its ok. it will also run games like Civ 4 on medium game graphics, plus its only around €30.

Also low on power consumption

Also if your worried about power supply, why not just buy 500w psu? there fairly inexpensive.|||The Radeon HD 6450 is the best you can get. It's consumes maybe 16w at the max and it's much more powerful than any other budget card like the 8400gs and GeForce 210|||If you want high performance from a video card, you need a 600W PSU.
