my motherboard is an ECS G41T-M (V2.0) and the video card i will buy is a Sapphire Radeon HD 5670|||+ It will fit into a PCI-E x16 slot but not into a PCI-E x1 slot.

Edit: Just make sure your power supply is 400watts or more as that is the minimum set by the card manufacturer
