My motherboard has a pci express x16 can i put a video card on it that is pci express 2.0 x16?

yes|||Yep, but sometimes the new cards require adapters that come from them to go to the power supply itself. They're 4pin to 6 pin adapter. Sometimes they don't come with the cards, even though they're supposed to. If you get a new card, buy an adapter too. Theyre like 4$
