Will a PCI Express 2.0 video card work for a PCI Express x16 slot?

I am looking at the Dell Studio Desktop in this link. http://www.dell.com/content/products/fea… it is the one that is 799. I was wondering if a PCI Express 2.0 video card would work on this desktop|||Yes. PCI-Express 2.0 is backwards compatible with 1.0 (at the 1.0 speed)
