What's the best video card for my computer $100 or under?

I'm looking for an affordable video card, preferably $100 or under, that can play games like "The Orange Box" and "Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion" at medium to high quality without performance issues.



Here's my system specs:

Dell Inspiron 530

Intel Core 2 Duo Processor E7300 @ 2.66GHz

4.00 GB RAM

64-bit Vista

PCI Express x16|||GT 220 or HD 4670

But you will need a empty expansion slot beside the PCI Express X16 slot to fit it



Any video card you get will need a 400W or better power supply with a PCI-Express connector on it. You'd better check your Dell system to see if it has that before you buy anything.
