I just wanna upgrade my grpahics card that i have now which is an integrated geforce 9100 cause i wana play Assassins creed and fallout 3 etc on much better and higher settings :) thanks|||Yes it should work and your computer likeyl has a 300 Watt Power Supply, which is likely the bare minimum needed for a 9800GTX+ (aka GTS 250).
The Radeon 4870 512MB is much faster for only $5 more ($125), because it has GDDR5 memory bandwidth and can play games at higher resolution and higher shader detail. It likely needs a 450-500W PSU. The 4870 is also only 9" long.

Make sure to uninstall old video card drivers (control panel>program management>nvidia display driver) than put new card in and download drivers for it through nvidia.com. Have fun, you will see much improvement.
WARNING: You will likely need a stronger power supply, the one that comes with the computer is 300W and you need minimum of 400W. newegg.com is good website for computer parts, find a 450-500W power supply otherwise I can guarantee you the card will not work. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182160|||Yes... the main question you should be asking yourself...
Will it fit in your Case?
Check the card dimensions and compare it to the dimensions of your case (tower).
Take into account the size of the hard drive bays, the fact that the motherboard sits on the side-wall of the case, etc.
