Would a PCI-E 2.0 x16 video card work on my motherboard?

That is the site to my Motherboard's details.|||Yes for sure. Basically all you need is a PCI-E video card, the 2.0 and x16 are not part of the consideration. Just the max specs that the card can handle. It will work.|||Yep, just make sure you also look at the minimum power requirements. Some graphics card requires close to a 500 Watt power supply and even their own power connectors (usually 6-pin), if your going for light gaming you can find cards that are pci-e powered, ei: i have an ati radeon hd 4650 that didn't have any requirements in an old pc. As long as your power supply can handle it, that motherboard should have no problem with any of todays video cards.
