Some graphics card requires close to a 500 Watt power supply and even their own power connectors (usually 6-pin), if your going for light gaming you can find cards that are pci-e powered, ei: i have an ati radeon hd 4650 that didn't have any requirements in an old pc. As long as your power supply can handle it, that motherboard should have no problem with any of todays video cards.
